Kale chips are a light and easy healthy snack that the whole family will enjoy!
Ingredients (serves 5)
- One bunch Green kale
- One tablespoon Rock salt
- A light drizzle of Vegetable oil or avocado oil
- Preheat your oven to 160c.
- Cut the kale into 2 inch pieces. Place on to a flat baking tray.
- Salt and oil your kale lightly and place a second baking tray on top of your kale and let it cook until crispy.
