Fun rocky road with a Chang’s crunch!

Ingredients (serves 20)

  • 500g milk chocolate
  • 1 cup marshmallows, cut into pieces
  • 2/3 cup leftover firm red jelly or raspberry jelly lollies, cut into pieces
  • 1 packet Chang’s Original Fried Noodles

  1. Begin by breaking the chocolate into pieces, placing into two rectangular plastic takeaway containers.
  2. Place the takeaway containers into the microwave, heating the chocolate for two minutes or until just melted.
  3. Stir through the marshmallows, jelly or lollies and Chang’s Fried Noodles and place in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
  4. Once set, cut the Rocky Road into pieces about 2cm square.

  • Oh yes please. I love my slice of chocolate or little treat each night.

  • Clever way of using Chang’s Fried Rice Noodles – pity my kids are past this, I’d like to have a piece, but your recipe would be wasted on me.

  • Never heard of putting fried noodles in a rocky road recipe

  • I love a rocky road recipe, however I’m happy to leave out the fried noodles.

  • Kids rocky road, hell no. I think these are for adults too!

  • Sounds yummy. Haven’t done the noodle part before but I usually cut up python snake lollies & add cashews instead of peanuts

  • I’ve neber heard of noodles in rocky road before? I’m guessing this is still for the crunch factor but without nuts.

  • Sounds delicious. But where do we find leftover lollies?? Never any leftover in this house!! Lol

  • This is a must have. Looking forward to making it. Thanks.

  • A lovely special time treat for the children.

  • I don’t like the noodles in it.

  • This is a different and looks great

  • I know this days kids, but adults will love it too

  • Never thought of adding those noodles before!

  • Yummy recipe! I love the addition of the noodles.
