Brilliant prawn cocktail sauce recipe.


Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 1/2 cup good mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cup lite cream
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 10 generous shakes hot sauce
  • 4 teaspoons horserashish cream (big secret)
  • 6 cloves garlic chopped

Method

  1. Mix altogether

  • So the horseradish is like wasabi right would try this without the tomato and maybe full cream thankyou love prawns!
