  • Another light recipe for my to do list. Thanks for sharing.

  • looks simple and tasty

  • Wow I can’t wait to try this out. Will have to buy more turkey though.

  • I love this recipe. However, our turkey was so loved on Christmas day there was none left. My mission in 2017 is to eat more turkey. Why do we have it only on Christmas Day. It was my fave meat of the day.

  • I eat vegetarian and am not a noodle fan…not the dish for me, but thanx for sharing.

  • I don’t like the turkey and noodles combination.

  • This is a fantastic recipe to use up my leftover turkey at Christmas time. Everyone usually has to take turkey sandwiches or turkey and salad every day until it’s all gone. This will make my family very happy.

  • This will be a staple this coming Christmas – always have way too much left over.

  • I’m not a fan of noodles and meat, but for those who are this could be a nice recipe.

  • I must admit I really love turkey, and yet we only have it at Christmas. This is a meal for any time of the year. It looks fantastic and I think I need to revisit my turkey-eating to include it more at any time of the year.

  • fifteen weeks until Christmas – this sounds good!

  • Do not have turkey here but using other types of left over meats, this is a great way to do this.

  • I make a very similar stir fry to this once a week, but I add chicken instead of turkey. It’s very easy to make and a hit with the whole family.

  • What a great idea. Looks yummy!
