Serve as a light dessert by itself, or delicious with sliced bananas
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Castor Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Pints Cream - whipped
- Combine lemon and sugar in a saucepan, stir over low heat until the sugar fully dissolves, then bring to the boil
- Remove from heat and allow to cool a little, then gradually add the milk. Pour into freezer trays and freeze.
- Once frozen, mash with a fork, and fold in whipped cream. Retunr to freezer until firm.
