This brownie is so moist my colleagues thought I bought them from Belgian chocolate shops. They didn't know it was made of lentils. So there you go, these are tested by people who hates healthy food and passed!!

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1 can Salt-free lentils (drained)
  • 1/2 cup Oats (instant or rolled)
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend till smooth. It will only take a few seconds.
  2. bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes (200C)
  3. Serve!

  • Love this recipe for a brownie with a twist and difference.
