Quick and easy treat.

  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Desicated Coconut (little extra for rolling)
  • 1/2 cup Maltesers

Method

  1. Crush the biscuits, Maltesers and place into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add cocoa and coconut, stir together then add condensed milk.
  3. Take small amount of mixture and roll into a ball, then roll through extra coconut. Continue with the rest of the mixture, place the chocolate balls on a plate and chill in the fridge for 30 mins.

  • I love that the traditional truffle can now be mixed into so many other things. Maltesers — yum, a new option. I also love mint versions. Yum. And maybe should now try a coffee option!!
