You get the benefit of yoghurt and full flavoured mango by using a tub of Fruche. Discovered a delicious combo by accident when I had to use both of these ingredients up as I hate waste!
Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 Serves)
- 1 Very ripe Banana
- 1 Tropical Mango tub of Fruche
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- Blend all ingredients with stick mixer.
