A refreshing drink during these hot summer days!
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 1/3 cup natural yoghurt
- 2 1/2 cups of your favourite milk, cold (I used almond and coconut milk)
- 2 cups sliced mango, fresh or frozen
- 4 tbsp honey
- Put all ingredients in the blender and mix well.
- Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
