What are FruChocs? From the picture I’m guessing something like a Malteaser?

I have never heard of menz fruchoc before? Where can we get them from?

I am a psychologist and in my training learned that to be mindful one must be able to reflect upon their thoughts whilst keeping an open mind and not judging oneself harshly; based on thoughts. I live in the moment and am awake to new experiences.

I have never heard of FruChocs but the fudge caught my attention. It is a delightful luxury that I might have once a year, usually purchased when I’m out somewhere.

  They’re a SA icon. Absolutely delicious! They are an apricot & peach fruit mix covered in chocolate. Look on their Facebook page.

I saw a fudge recipe to make it Christmas like just before serving pour melted white chocolate over top and crushed canycanes
