My two males really enjoyed them

  • They look really tasty tha ks so much I must try to make these

  • I love the versatility of food that can be served hot or cold. Thanks.

  • These mini quiches would be lovely served with a fresh salad.

    • Yes that is how we had them for dinner they are delicious

  • Love this, I’m going to make a whole batch for our next party

    • They will go quickly so make a double batch hahahaha

  • Perfect size for school lunch boxes and will go quite well for my 3 school kids

    • My son took them to work or lunch

  • I often make something like this without ham, more mushrooms and add garlic and some pesto. With puff pastry goes just as well, I use gf puff pastry

    • Thank You for your input they are so yummy

  • I’ve just added this to the menu for my grandsons first birthday party. Just wondering if I could use puff pastry instead of short ?

    • I think it would work just as good I have used puff pastry in ordinary quiches before so give it a try and let us know how it works out.

  • Yummy looking quiches – i make similar ones and we have fun making them. We place different toppings in bowls and sprinkle them on top of each little quiche.

    • That sounds like fun and yes they are easy

      • Some of our topping combinations are definitely different and interesting! :)
Good on you for sharing this recipe with mums. :)

  • They would be ideal to take to a byo party. I’m wondering if they could be cooked in batches and some frozen to thaw and heat if you have visitors arrive unexpected.

    • I have not frozen them so am not sure how they will turn out. I just keep them in an airtight container.

  • Your quiches look absolutely amazing,a favourite to eat hot or cold, thanks!

  • yum I love a good quiche and no one else in my house does :( – thank you so much for sharing your version with us.

    • These will be ideal then as they are single serves
