These Mini Quiches are perfect for so many occasions; a party, lunchboxes, kids dinner or even a light lunch with a salad.

Ingredients (serves 6 | makes 12-24 Mini quiches)

  • 12 Eggs
  • 5 Sheets of puff pastry
  • 1 Cup of grated cheese
  • 200 grams shredded ham or bacon
  • 50 mls Cream
  • Pinch Salt and pepper

  1. Combine eggs, cream, cheese, bacon/ham and salt and pepper into large bowl.
  2. Grease 2 trays of muffin tins. Pre-heat oven to 180C.
  3. Cut out 12-24 circles of puff pastry with a cup. Line the circles on top of the wholes of the muffin tin. Gently press middle of pastry circle down.
  4. Spoon mixture into the circles. Make sure this is done gently so the mixture doesn’t spill over.
  5. Add to oven for 10-15 minutes until golden and visibly puffy.

Notes... This recipe was passed down by my Grandma. It’s very very easy and they taste amazing.
  • I make these exactly the same way. Sometimes I add diced tomato and mushroom to mix it up

  • These will be great for the lunchbox. Thanks!

  • This looks like an easy recipe! THanks for sharing

  • Can’t wait to try this one. A good quiche is so versatile

  • Love a good quiche recipe. Thanks :)

  • Such a great recipe!! We like to make our quiches with less egg and choose our fillings. So we mix the egg together. And place our own selection of filling in our chosen muffin space. Then pour egg on top. Its good for letting my son have ownership of his choices (which means he eats more of them!!)

  • I love quiche and these would be perfect for an easy lunch.

  • Yum – milk works well too if you don’t have cream ????????

  • Great idea for snacks afternoon tea brunch saving this

  • So easy and would love to try making these, thanks.

  • I am totally trying this out. My kids love quiche in their lunchboxes. I might modify for my husband as he can’t have pastry.

  • We love quiches, I use it as an opportunity to get some healthy stuff in to my almost 2 year old. By adding onion, capsicum and tomato

  • going to try this in the veg version…. thanku

  • Will have to try. My kids hate veggies and I always add veggies to my quiches. But I will have to try these ones without any and hope the kids will eat them!

  • School “Police” cannot complain about these as they contain healthy ingredients
