Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 175gm butter
  • 2 cups SR flour
  • 3/4 cups white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Add in eggs and whisk together. Add milk and flour and combine well with a spatula.
  3. Pour batter in a prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes under 180C.

  • Nice and easy and also sounds very yummy.
