Yummy crab every time


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 fresh raw mud crab
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • pinch cracked pepper
  • pinch salt
  • pinch chilli flakes;

Method

  1. Fill a pot with water. Enough to cover crab completely . Put on stove on high.
  2. Add sugar, vinegar.,salt, pepper and chilli. Bring to the boil
  3. when boiling add your crab
  4. Return to the boil and then continue on boil for 5minutes.
  5. Remove from water and serve.

  • Can’t say I’ve ever tried crab before, except for seafood filler in Chinese takeaway
