This is our family recipe of jam, and everyone loves it!


Ingredients (serves 7)

  • Pulp of 6 oranges 6 oranges
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Orange zest 1/4 tsp

Method

  1. Mummy's Orange Jam Method Peel oranges and separate the pulp in a pan. This will require extra patience. When pulp is collected, add sugar into it and cook for about 10 minutes or until the juice is gone.
  2. Add orange zest. Cool the jam and preserve it in a bottle. This will make about 1 cup jam.
  3. This is my mum in-laws way and it's a must try. Tastes awesome with fresh cream Toastie.
