This is our family recipe of jam, and everyone loves it!
Ingredients (serves 7)
- Pulp of 6 oranges 6 oranges
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Orange zest 1/4 tsp
- Mummy&#039;s Orange Jam Method Peel oranges and separate the pulp in a pan. This will require extra patience. When pulp is collected, add sugar into it and cook for about 10 minutes or until the juice is gone.
- Add orange zest. Cool the jam and preserve it in a bottle. This will make about 1 cup jam.
- This is my mum in-laws way and it&#039;s a must try. Tastes awesome with fresh cream Toastie.
