Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 200 gr Sliced Mushroom
  • 1 cup Mix corn and peas
  • 3 Sliced bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 big Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbs Vegetable oil
  • A pinch of pepper

Method

  1. Heat up oil in a saucepan. Add onion, stir until fragrant. Continue add mushroom, mix corn and peas, bacon and pepper.
  2. Cook about 10- 15 minutes. Ready to serve.

  • Looks pretty tasty. Can’t say I’ve ever had peas and corn for breakfast!

  • I love fried mushrooms on toast but I’d probably leave out the peas and corn… bacon is always good though 🙂

  • I’d probably double the amount of bacon in this, coz I do love my bacon. And I’m a devil for adding garlic and chilli to savoury dishes, so I’d probably add a little of each as well. My dad used to always have a splash of Worcestershire sauce on mushrooms, so a dash of that would probably be quite nice.
