The Corn Chips crisp up in the oven giving this recipe crunch. The Salsa is tasty to the last lick of the finger. Melted Cheese is always delicious. The Kidney Beans are not only good for you, they taste fantastic. A quick and easy meal which everyone loves!

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 170g Corn Chips
  • 200g Kidney Beans
  • 80g Grated Cheese
  • 300g Mild Salsa


  1. Spread a quarter of the corn chips in a baking dish.
  2. Add a quarter of the quantity of beans, salsa and cheese over the corn chips.
  3. Repeat this process four times adding further layers of corn chips followed by further layers of beans, salsa and cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
