I wanted a recipe that didn’t use salt and found this spice mixture to be lovely !
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 3 stems fresh Kale
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 0.5 tsp hot paprika
- 0.5 tsp olive oil spray
- Remove the kale leaves from the stem and break into small pieces, wash and ensure they are thoroughly dry before spraying with olive oil.
- Mix the spices together in a bowl and coat the oiled kale leaves with the rub.
- Spread the coated kale leaves on a baking dish and heat in pre-warmed oven at 165C for 15-20 minutes, or until kale is crisp.
