Healthy breaky I feed my little one every morning


  • 8 Apples
  • 8 Pears
  • 3/4 cup Oat groats


  1. Cook oats in 3 cups of water on low for 1 hour or until soft . Check on oats every 20 minutes to ensure enough water in pot
  2. Peel and remove core of apples and pears then dice and steam for 20 minutes or until soft
  3. There should be a little excess water in the oat pot. Don't throw it away. Use a stick blender to blend oats and remaining water. Use more water if need be to achieve desired consistancy
  4. Use a fork or stick blender to purée apples and peàrs


Play around with ratio of oats to fruit to your desired palate
