We normally serve with chilli sauce and rice.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 long Bitter Melons, sliced, stir fry until withered
  • 5 Eggs
  • 2 tbs Vegetable oil
  • A pinch salt and pepper

Method

  1. Mix well in a bowl bitter melon, eggs, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan. Pour bitter melon mixture in frying pan until cooked or light golden brown. Repeat until finished. Ready to serve.
