This juice is great to boost your immunity with the ginger, turmeric and OJ.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 oranges
- 1 carrot
- 2cm slice fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 tabs honey
- If not organic, peel the carrot as well as the oranges and lemon.
- Add everything to the blender and blitz until smooth.
- If it is too thick, add 1 cup of coconut water.
