This juice is great to boost your immunity with the ginger, turmeric and OJ.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 carrot
  • 2cm slice fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tabs honey


  1. If not organic, peel the carrot as well as the oranges and lemon.
  2. Add everything to the blender and blitz until smooth.
  3. If it is too thick, add 1 cup of coconut water.


You can substitute 1 cup of orange juice instead of the 2 oranges if needed.

  • Turmeric has so many healthy benefits and put in it in the juice will make it a super juice
