Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/4 cup Rolled oats
- 3 tbsp Full fat yoghurt
- 3 tsp Strawberry puree
- 5 grapes
- 1 tiny handful Shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup Milk
- To make strawberry puree, simply mush ripe strawberries as mushy as you can.
- Soak the rolled oats in milk the night before alongside with yoghurt, strawberry puree and grapes.
- In the morning, sprinkle coconut on top and serve!
I soak oats a lot for my hubby to take to work as breakfast in the morning! It is healthier, easy to take with him to work and yummy!
