Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/4 cup Rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp Full fat yoghurt
  • 3 tsp Strawberry puree
  • 5 grapes
  • 1 tiny handful Shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Method

  1. To make strawberry puree, simply mush ripe strawberries as mushy as you can.
  2. Soak the rolled oats in milk the night before alongside with yoghurt, strawberry puree and grapes.
  3. In the morning, sprinkle coconut on top and serve!

Notes

I soak oats a lot for my hubby to take to work as breakfast in the morning! It is healthier, easy to take with him to work and yummy!
