Suitable for babies above 6 months

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup fresh peas, shelled (or frozen peas)
  • 1 small potato

Method

  1. Wash and cut the ends off the beans, then cut into 2cm long pieces
  2. Peel and chop the potato
  3. Bring a small saucepan of water to boil on a stove. Add peas, beans and potato and boil for around 10 minutes, or until potatoes are soft
  4. Puree together in a blender until smooth.

Notes

Can be frozen for up to six weeks, but only if fresh peas were used. Otherwise refrigerate and eat within two days
