These dates are a great snack especially if you have a bit of a sugar craving. They are very filling! Don’t knock them till you try them! Great with organic or homemade peanut butter that isn’t full of nasties.

Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 2 stuffed dates)

  • 2 Medjool dates (as many as you like)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (homemade, organic or shop bought)


  1. Cut medjool dates down the middle and remove the stone.
  2. Place a small spread of peanut butter in each.
  3. Enjoy!

  • A perfect combination for a little boost of energy. :)

  • Absolutely divine. I love both dates and peanut butter. I have 100% peanut butter (no sugar, salt, additives nothing but mashed peanuts) so I’m excited to find this. Peanut butter also goes well with celery. I often put it in the lunchbox

    • Fresh peanut butter from the markets is simply the best – it is poured into the jar in front of you – yummy!
