These dates are a great snack especially if you have a bit of a sugar craving. They are very filling! Don’t knock them till you try them! Great with organic or homemade peanut butter that isn’t full of nasties.
Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 2 stuffed dates)
- 2 Medjool dates (as many as you like)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (homemade, organic or shop bought)
- Cut medjool dates down the middle and remove the stone.
- Place a small spread of peanut butter in each.
