A little unusual but a Delicious combination of flavors

Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 9 inch pizza)

  • 1 9inch pizza base
  • 1 brown pear thinly sliced
  • 1 small block blue cheese
  • small handfull rocket
  • 3-4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 clove garlic sliced thinly
  • small hand ful walnuts
  • splash olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese


  1. brush base with olive oil
  2. Scatter Garlic over base
  3. evenly space slices of pear over base and crumble over blue cheese Tear prosciutto pieces up and scatter over the top sprinkle with parmesan
  4. Drizzle with a little oil
  5. Bake for appox. 12 minutes remove from oven scatter walnuts and rocket over the pizza and pop back in the oven for 1 minute or till warmed


I wasn't sure when i first tried this but these flavors work really well together !
