Yum your baby and toddlers will love this pear and chia puree!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Small pear
  • 1 Sweet medium orange
  • 1/2 tsp Chia seeds (white)
  • 1 Tbsp Rice cereal


  1. Peel, core and roughly chop pear and place in a small saucepan with the juice of orange and chia seeds.
  2. Gently heat pear through and as you do the juice will reduce and chia seeds will soften slightly.
  3. Once pear is soft blitz along with an iron fortified rice cereal of your choice.
