Yum your baby and toddlers will love this pear and chia puree!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 Small pear
- 1 Sweet medium orange
- 1/2 tsp Chia seeds (white)
- 1 Tbsp Rice cereal
- Peel, core and roughly chop pear and place in a small saucepan with the juice of orange and chia seeds.
- Gently heat pear through and as you do the juice will reduce and chia seeds will soften slightly.
- Once pear is soft blitz along with an iron fortified rice cereal of your choice.
