Peppermint balls are a delicious treat for when friends come over.

Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 1 tin Condensed milk
  • 1 Packet Malt biscuits
  • 1 packet Crown Mints
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 3 Tbsp Cocoa


  1. Crush malt biscuits and crown mints.
  2. Add cocoa and condensed milk.
  3. Mix together and roll into logs or balls and coat in coconut, refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy!

Notes... My mum used to make this for us as kids, I now make it for my kids.

  • Peppermint anything is my favourite. I have tried a version of mint truffles and loved them. There was a lot of sweet chocolately stuff involved though, so I much prefer this recipe.


  • I like the simple classic chocolate truffles recipe, I would omit the mints.
