An easy porridge that will keep you satisfied throughout the day.
Ingredients (serves 3)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 apple, peeled, cored & grated
- 1/4 cup sultanas or raisins
- 1 tblsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tblsp honey
- 600ml water
- 100ml milk
- Place all the ingredients except the milk into the inner pot.
- Close the lid, press the STEW button & set time for 20 minutes. Press START.
- After 15 minutes, add the milk, close the lid & let cooking time finish. Serve with extra milk & maple syrup or honey if desired.
