A tasty twist to a simple mash, which is also a little healthier.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 5 Medium Brushed Potatoes
  • 1 Cauliflour
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 100mL Full cream milk

  1. Peel, cut and boil your potatoes. Then drain all excess water from pot.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil in minimal water in pot. Once tender, drain excess water.
  3. Peel cloves of garlic, then gently saute in olive oil.
  4. Mix all ingredients together and put through a blender to your desired smoothness consistency.

Add more garlic if you prefer a stronger taste.

  • I have to say I’m a fan of cauliflower so will definitely try this.
    Thank you for sharing.

  • This is going to be tasty, will help reducing my carb intake too! Thank you!

  • Yum! Cauliflower is one of my top 10 favourite veggies. I would probably add some grated cheese too

  • I love eating mashed vegetables and this cauliflower and potato mash sounds delicious.

    • I love the presentation of this recipe and the big blob of butter on top of the mash.
