As bub gets older you can just fork mash ingredients and add pasta if needed

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 whole potato diced
  • 100g Fresh fish fillet (white)
  • 1cup Baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup Frozen peas

Method

  1. Boil potato until soft, throw in peas just before potato is finished, rinse and strain.
  2. Wrap fish and spinach in foil and bake in oven for 5-10 minutes or until cooked thoroughly..make sure there are no bones in the fillet!!
  3. Combine all ingredients in a small food processor until desired consistency is reached, serve warm or freeze into cubes!

Notes

You can run ingredients through a sieve instead of a blender too!
