This is so easy and a delicious combination that you may not have thought of before – but it works!
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1kg Potatoes
- 400gms Bacon
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Apple sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cajun spices
Method
- Cut potatoes into wedges and coat in cajun spices. If your kids do not like spice, you can skip that part.
- Preheat Airfryer to 200 degrees C. Place wedges in tray and cook for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile chop bacon into strips and cook in a frying pan until they are nice and crispy.
- Once wedges are a lovely golden brown, place them in a bowl. Season with a little salt if you like. Sprinkle some bacon strips directly onto the wedges and place a couple of dollops of sour cream and apple sauce on top. Delicious!
