A quick, no bake recipe that uses only 2 ingredient and is a much healthier option.
- 1 cup Macadamia nuts
- 1 cup Medjool dates
- Remove seeds from dates
- Pop macadamias and dates in the blender and blitz well.
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper and press mixture into tin. Pop in freezer. When set, cut into pieces.
You can do a nut free version by replacing the macadamias with 1 cup of tahini.
