It’s a quick yet filling dinner or lunch. Best part is you can add whatever quantity works for you. For example, just add more tomatoes if U like them.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cup Boiled or canned chickpeas
- 1 cup Cooked Corn kernels
- 1 Cucumber diced
- 1 Tomato diced
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tbsp Tamarind chutney
- 1 Boiled egg
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add cut boiled egg at the end (egg is optional)
- Ready to eat :)
