It’s a quick yet filling dinner or lunch. Best part is you can add whatever quantity works for you. For example, just add more tomatoes if U like them. :)


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 cup Boiled or canned chickpeas
  • 1 cup Cooked Corn kernels
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind chutney
  • 1 Boiled egg

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add cut boiled egg at the end (egg is optional)
  2. Ready to eat :)

Notes

My quick go to dinner when I need some rest.

  • Not a fannof whole chickpeas, but salad looks and sounds yummy and super healthy
