  • 500 gram Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/3 cup Caster sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence


  1. Place frozen Raspberries, sugar and vanilla essence into a large pan. Stir to combine. Heat, stirring over medium heat until bubbling. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until berries are very soft.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Push mixture through a sieve to strain to remove seeds.
  3. Serve over , cheese cake, icecream or Panna Cotta.
