- 500 gram Frozen Raspberries
- 1/3 cup Caster sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- Place frozen Raspberries, sugar and vanilla essence into a large pan. Stir to combine. Heat, stirring over medium heat until bubbling. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until berries are very soft.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Push mixture through a sieve to strain to remove seeds.
- Serve over , cheese cake, icecream or Panna Cotta.
