Protein for your gorgeous little one!


Ingredients (serves 5)

  • 1 cup Fully cooked adzuki beans
  • 1 cup Fully cooked black beans
  • 1/2 cup Avocado or yoghurt depending what your baby likes

Method

  1. Mash both types of beans with a fork. Make sure they are fully cooked otherwise it will cause gut discomfort for baby...
  2. Serve with avocado.

Notes

Feel free to use canned beans. I use raw ones and cooked them according to the package :)
