Protein for your gorgeous little one!
Ingredients (serves 5)
- 1 cup Fully cooked adzuki beans
- 1 cup Fully cooked black beans
- 1/2 cup Avocado or yoghurt depending what your baby likes
Method
- Mash both types of beans with a fork. Make sure they are fully cooked otherwise it will cause gut discomfort for baby...
- Serve with avocado.
Notes
Feel free to use canned beans. I use raw ones and cooked them according to the package :)
