Simple and easy salmon curry soup.

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 400 gr Salmon
  • 200 gr Rice Noodles
  • 1/3 cup Thai red curry paste
  • 270 ml Fresh Milk
  • 4 cup Chicken stock
  • 200 gr Mushroom, sliced
  • 200 gr Snow peas


  1. Place noodles into a large bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine curry paste, fresh milk and chicken stock in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer.
  3. Add mushroom, salmon and snow peas to soup. Continue simmer about 5 minutes. Drain noodles and put in a serving bowl. Pour over soup and garnish with coriander.
