This is a great juice/smoothie for the morning. My husband, 1 year old and I all have one to start our day! You can alter ingredient amounts to your taste but make sure you use lots of ice! Much better cold :)


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Peeled and chopped Apple ( I use green)
  • 1/4 Cucumber - peeled and chopped
  • 3-4 Mint leaves
  • Squeeze Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup Water
  • Handful Ice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Gobble down and feel detoxed and refreshed for the day!
