This is a great juice/smoothie for the morning. My husband, 1 year old and I all have one to start our day! You can alter ingredient amounts to your taste but make sure you use lots of ice! Much better cold
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 Peeled and chopped Apple ( I use green)
- 1/4 Cucumber - peeled and chopped
- 3-4 Mint leaves
- Squeeze Fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup Water
- Handful Ice
Method
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Gobble down and feel detoxed and refreshed for the day!
