Ingredients

  • 500g Potatoes cut into chips, skin on
  • 3 tbls olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp season all
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Place cut up potato in a bowl with the olive oil, vinegar and herbs. Toss to coat then allow to marinade for 20 minutes.
  3. Spread the wedges onto the baking tray, and pour over any remaining marinade.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes or until cooked golden.
  5. Salt and serve

  • One of my work colleagues uses sweet potatoes instead of other potatoes. She has also done pumpkin under the griller by spraying with oil

  • yum! these hot chips are the best when they are home made. play around with seasonings/toppings and dips- for example sour cream and bbq sauce
