Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 1 whole Chicken
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup pepper
  • 1 cup Green beans
  • 1 cup Carrots


  1. Marinate chicken for 12 hours with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash off excessive salt and pepper, steam in a pressure cooker for 1 hour.
  3. Add in beans and carrot after chicken is cooked and steam for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with rice :)
