A filling & nutritious salad.


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 cup Spinach leaves
  • 1 Tomato quartered
  • 1/2 cup Pitted olives
  • 100 grams Danish feta
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 Red onion sliced

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl & toss, crumble Danish feta over top & serve.

Notes

Make sure you use Danish feta as it crumbles perfectly. I find no need for dressing with this salad due to the feta.
