Ingredients (serves 10 | makes 10 )

  • 1 lebanese cucumber per snake
  • 3-4 different fillings of your choice

Method

  1. Slice cucumber thinly leaving chunks for head and tail.
  2. Cut small bread rounds with a cookie cutter, fill sandwiches and assemble. Make eyes and tongue.

  • Omg this is super cute and would be pretty awesome to create for a kids party. It makes it fun for the kids and enticing to eat. Some people are so creative, I would never have thought of this. I might give this a go for the next kids party I have.
