A quick and easy dessert for the sweet tooth

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1cup rice
  • 3cup milk
  • 1/2cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • whipped cream and fruit for serving


  1. Put rice into saucepan
  2. Put milk into.saucepan
  3. Add sugar and vanilla essence wait for it all to cook and thicken up serve with whipped cream and fruit
