Ingredients (serves 5)

  • 500gms sausage mince
  • 4 sheets frozen puff pastry, semi thawed
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • some salt and pepper

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven on 180c, use a non stick tray or spray a tray with cooking oil or cover with baking paper.
  2. cut up the onion and garlic to tiny pieces, mix them in a bowl with the mince pepper and salt and mix well together
  3. get frozen puff pastry, semi thawed and cut them in half, one half of the pastry with make about 5 sausage rolls, after cutting them in half get the mince mix and place some in the middle of the half of pastry and roll them together, then once all roll and place on the tray cook them for about 20- 25 mins in the oven on 180c

  • Using Chicken mince gives a different taste.
    I always add BBQ and Worcestershire Sauce with some fresh or dry breadcrumbs to soak up the sauces.
