A quick and easy sandwich, disguised as a ‘swag’. These swags are easy for kids to hold.


Ingredients (makes 3 swags)

  • 3 slices bread
  • 3 cheese sticks
  • 3 slices lunch meat
  • chives or spring onions

Method

  1. Remove crusts from bread and flatten with a rolling pin.
  2. Place a slice of meat on each piece of bread, then a cheese stick; then roll up bread tightly.
  3. Tie roll with chives or spring onions.

Notes... Use any lunch meat; chicken or ham. Use the chives or spring onions to tie in the middle or at both ends of the swag.
