Quick and easy, great for the kids to make.

Ingredients (makes 16 Scones)

  • 2 cups Self Raising Flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2-3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Milk


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Sift together flour and salt.
  2. Rub in butter.
  3. Add enough milk to make a dough.
  4. Cut into scones with a round cutter.
  5. Bake for 10-13 minutes.
