Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Banana
  • Peanuts - crushed

Method

  1. Skewer a banana on a paddle pop stick or icy pole holder.
  2. Gently press the crushed nuts onto the banana.
  3. Freeze on baking paper until ready.

Notes

To make it even fancier, coat in chocolate and then add the nuts.
