A simple throw together meal.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500g Chicken - diced
  • 1 Carrot - chopped
  • 1 Celery stick chopped
  • 1 Head of broccoli -chopped
  • 1 Packet chicken noodle soup
  • 300ml Cream
  • 3 cups Water
  • Beans


  1. Add chicken, vegetables (except for beans), soup mix and water to slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for approx 7 hours or on high for approx 3 hours.
  3. Add cream and beans for the last 30min of cooking.
  4. Serve with mashed potato or rice.


This recipe is something I created when I didn't feel cooking one day. All ingredients were what I had on hand and are approximate. You could easily change the vegetables to whatever you like.
