Great on a cold winters night


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 185ml CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
  • pinch nutmeg
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 teas sugar
  • 4 teas Hot drinking chocolate, I use Cadbury
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Method

  1. Combine CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar in a 250mL mug
  2. For 1200 watt microwave oven, microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 40 seconds.
  3. Add Drinking Chocolate and orange juice, stir until dissolved
  4. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for a further 20 seconds until heated through
  5. Serve

  • Orange juice? Would never have thought to add that with hot chocolate but honestly I’m keen to try this!!
