A Delicious easy recipe that goes well served with a salad on the side.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 Sheet Puff Pastry
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250g Frozen spinach thawed and drained.
  • 125g Feta Cheese crumbed
  • Salt and Pepper.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200C
  2. Arrange pastry sheet into a quiche dish, Beat together the milk and eggs then mix in remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into pastry case and bake for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 180C and bake for another 30 minutes or until set.
