An easy side to steaks or can be eaten by itself with some rice.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Perino tomatoes, sliced in halves
  • 3 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 1/4 Brown onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1 tsp Oil


  1. Heat oil in frying pan. Saute onions.
  2. Combine mushroom and spinach and tomatoes in pan and stir fry on low heat.
  3. Add soy sauce to cover ingredients.
  4. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
