An easy side to steaks or can be eaten by itself with some rice.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Perino tomatoes, sliced in halves
- 3 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 1/4 Brown onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 1 tsp Oil
- Heat oil in frying pan. Saute onions.
- Combine mushroom and spinach and tomatoes in pan and stir fry on low heat.
- Add soy sauce to cover ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper to your liking.
